Beautiful location; Included everything we needed. So peaceful, with a sandy beach. Just a few steps from the dock to the house and short boat rides to anything you wanted to visit, from restaurants, coffee shops and sight seeing. Patricia and Matt were friendly and helpful; very sweet and provide suggestions on places to go, things to do etc. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and didn’t want to leave. Highly recommend and hope to go back again!

If serenity were a place, 61 Bear Island is it! From the gorgeous sunrises to the amazing sunsets, this home is pure bliss. My family has stayed in 20+ places over the last 5 years, this was the first time I can truly say we are full rejuvenated after just 7 days. The trails on the island to the post office on one side and church on the other were perfect for the kids. The post office on the island does ice cream for kids at 11:30 every day and the kids staying on the island jump off the dock and swim around. We will be staying here the first opportunity we have in the future! Stay here if you want to relax and feel immersed in nature. The beach was incredible as well! Dock is a little shallow right now for a 21’ boat but it was managable. Thank you so much Patricia for making this incredible week experience available!
