Our family’s New Year’s stay at this cabin was great. Patricia was very responsive and accommodating of our last minute booking and I would definitely recommend her as a host. The cabin seemed brand new inside with a great layout for a family of four. New appliances, very clean throughout, and well stocked with supplies like towels and kitchen needs. The screened porch and proximity to the lake and docks nearby seem like they’d be great in summer months as well.

Great spot. It is right on Lake Winnipesaukee with direct access to the lake and a quick drive to the restaurants/attractions in the area. We stayed here for a ski weekend at Gunstock Mountain and it was a great time. Place is super clean, well stocked and felt basically brand new. You can tell someone put a lot of attention to detail in here with the nice little touches and recommendations for the area. We will be back in the summer for a lake trip. Thanks for having us!
